Booking and cancellation

This document regulates the rules for making and cancelling reservations.

I Booking Methods.
Reservations can be made through:
a) sending a reservation by e-mail to the address recepcja@hotelartis.com
b) by phone at 84 677 22 00
c) sending a reservation by fax 84 677 22 44
d) via the website
e) via booking portals such as Booking, HRS, etc.
f) personal visit to the Hotel Reception

After making the reservation, each time the Hotel will send a written confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail address or fax number indicated by the Guest.

II Booking and cancellation conditions for individual guests.

1. The reservation is considered guaranteed when the Guest/Company makes a prepayment for the stay at the Hotel, in accordance with the declared time of stay or upon providing the credit card number. Guaranteed reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure. In order to guarantee the reservation, please provide the credit card number, expiration date, CCV code and name of the card holder or make a prepayment in the amount indicated by the Hotel to the bank account: Bank PKO BP 20 1020 3378 0000 1802 0157 6396 Park Sp. z o.o. 2. A reservation is considered not guaranteed if it is made through one of the booking channels listed above in points a) – d) without prepayment for a given stay. A non-guaranteed reservation remains valid for up to 3 days after its made. Hotel takes a payment guarantee in the form of a credit card pre-authorization or cash advance.
3. No-cost cancellation of the stay is possible 7 days before the arrival date until 18:00, for all booking channels. After this time, the reservation is treated as non-refundable
4. In order to receive a VAT invoice for the prepayment, please provide full data: NIP number, exact address and company name.

III Comments and complaints:
All comments and complaints related to reservations and regarding the stay at the Hotel should be directed to the e-mail address of the Reception Manager - recepcja@hotelartis.pl.

IV Protection of personal data:
The data entered by Guests, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, may be processed only for the purpose of booking.

*Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
